This training is designed to meet this requirement by reviewing the legal and ethical expectations set forth by the OCSWMFT Board and the Ohio Administrative Code. In addition, we emphasize ethical considerations from the ACA, NASW, the AAMFT, and HIPAA. Other sources will also be included to create a comprehensive review of best practices to maximize our effectiveness as virtual clinicians. A brief review of recommended platforms, apps, and softwares will be included alongside considerations from insurance companies. Fidelity Monitoring

This training will help supervisors prepare to implement fidelity monitoring practices for evidence based and evidence informed treatments in mental health, addictions, and community corrections. The supervisors will learn about different methods of measuring fidelity and will practice using multiple tools for direct and indirect monitoring. Supervisors will discuss how to introduce topic to both staff and clients, and identify ways to help staff improve clinical skills by utilizing fidelity tools.
