MULTIPLICITY OF THE MIND LEARNING CENTER
Who are our Exiles, and how do we support their healing in a way that is both attuned and effective? In this workshop, participants will deepen their understanding of working with their clients' most vulnerable parts within the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and bring healing to the internal system. The program will review the core steps of the IFS healing process, with particular attention to the clinical nuances of working with Exiles and the unburdening process. Participants will explore how to assess readiness and permission within the system, how to transition to Exiles in a way that maintains safety and trust, and how to cultivate and sustain a Self-to-Exile connection. Special emphasis will be placed on the role of the therapist's Self-energy in facilitating healing, including how therapists' own parts may influence the process. Through didactic teaching, demonstrations, guided experiential exercises, and small-group discussion, clinicians will refine their ability to move through the IFS healing process with greater clarity, confidence, and attunement.
